Airsoft GI's Details

To start things off.I am not a fan of Airsoft GI.

All but one person that works at Airsoft GI seems to be very rude. They are unwilling to help out customers.and many act as if they are far superior to their customers.

Their upgrade/repair service is VERY slow. On top of that.they didn't even contact me when my repair was completed even though I left TWO phone numbers and TWO email addresses.

As for their shipping process.it too is very slow. However.they do offer free shipping for orders over $100.which counters the slow shipping time.

Their walk-in store is not very impressive. It is small and cramped. Getting help is very disorganized. I dislike going to their store.

Their pricing on most items is pretty average for a US retailer. Some items can be bought for lower prices at other US retailers.however.

Overall.I am dissatisfied. I much prefer to shop from other US and Hong Kong retailers.

I have no Idea what adam is talking about. Their customer service is the best out of all the American Airsoft market. I wrote e-mails asking questions about the products I was buying. I saw a reply to those e-mails in my inbox within minutes. They are very dedicated and loyal to their customers. Also shipping was fantastic! If a order was over $100 they would ship it for free! I got shipping across the USA for nothing. Speed was fantastic too. It took 5 days to ship. I don't see how they could be better at what they do! Maybe free overnight shipping but that is incredibly not expected from any retail out there!

All I got to say is wow.AirsoftGI is amazing. Great customer service and always quick to fix orders. Pricing is a bit up there but it's worth it.

All of my experiences have been good with Airsoft GI. When my first AEG broke down.they were able to fix it quickly and the repair service was flexible to fit my schedule. To my surprise.they didn't charge me anything for it!

That is the main reason for my score in Customer Satisfaction. The cashier at the walk-in store was very helpful.giving recommendations on products for my price range. During the times when I emailed them about my purchases.I was always promptly answered by a real person--no automatic replies. They also occasionally throw free things in with orders.like t-shirts and hats.

The Product Pricing is the only place where ASGI loses a few points. It's not outrageously overpriced.but there are better deals out there. Despite this.Airsoft GI continues to be my favorite airsoft retailer because I know I can trust them to rectify any problems that may occur with my orders.

I agree with the other reviews.I DON'T like GI. He's only good for very few select items becuase their lead times or shipping time is WAY too long. I ordered a can of gas and BBs and it took over a week to ship. then it took another 7 days to get to me. That's just stupid. Why should it take so long to put a can of gas and bbs into a box and ship it. Way too slow in my opinion. And then afterwards.when you're calling them.they won't give you the time of day.

I have made several orders from AirsoftGI.spending over $1000 at their site. Every order that I made went perfectly.without a single mishap. Everything in my order would arrive in a clean cardboard box packaged securely so that the items would not move around. Also.if I had to make a special request.ASGI would accommodate me.doing whatever I asked of them. Admittedly.some of their prices are a little higher than other sites.but the free shipping and year-long 10% coupon has always made them the better site to purchase from in the end.

This is my first choice for buying airsoft gear. They a located in the same state as me( CA ) so my stuff come in 2-3 days. They have very competitive prices and they have free shipping on orders over $100 which is easy to do when you are buying airsoft gear. The coupon code takes care of tax so I don't mind shopping here. Only thing I don't like is that they are popular so they tend to run out of the hot items very fast.
